The Annual Meeting of the Bull Run Hunt will take place on Friday, May 18th, 2012 at our Clubhouse in Mitchells, VA. Reception hour shall begin at 6:30pm and the business session will begin at 7pm. Dinner will follow.
Our regular business meeting, includes reports from the Masters, the Honorary Secretary, the Treasurer and the Huntsman. We have three Board Members whose terms will expire: Fred Burks who has graciously agreed to continue serving; Kristi Clore and Lindy Sanford. The nominating committee is searching for two new members who would be interested in becoming Secretary and Treasurer relieving Kristi and Lindy.

Remember all juniors are welcome. We will also have our Annual Awards Presentation where we recognize members and friends of the Hunt for their special contributions to the Hunt during the year! We hope you will make every effort to be there for a fun and informative evening.
