Gather your friends, family, or hunting buddies and bid on this fabulous four days/three nights of riding, golfing, partying, and relaxing on the Intra Coastal Waterway in North Carolina! Bring your horses!
When: Between April and August 2027 (exact dates to be mutually agreed upon between group of guests and host)
Where: Accommodations and select meals provided for up to ten guests at Fishtales II, located right on the Intra Coastal Waterway! CLICK HERE for pictures of this luxurious beach house!
Add-ons:
Boarding for up to ten horses at the wonderful Peachtree Equestrian Center, just 15 minutes away, at $35/day FULL care includes a stall, turnout, feed, hay, and bedding.
Golf - For non-riders there are more than twenty fabulous courses just minutes away!
Details and Itinerary:
Day 1– Arrive at Peachtree Equestrian Center, Calabash, NC and get your horse settled in. Peachtree has trails, indoor and outdoor arenas, and GREAT care. Bonus: No shoes required for your summering hunt horses, as the footing is sand!
Just fifteen minutes away is your “Bye Days at the Beach” home Fishtales II, equipped with six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, right on the ICWW. Get yourself comfortable, that night dinner and an open bar will be provided by Adrianna Waddy, MFH and husband Bucky.
Day 2 - After a hearty breakfast provided by the Waddy’s, trail ride out from Peachtree Equestrian Center along the Cawcaw River through the woods with palm trees, magnolias, and beautiful vegetation.
Lunch on your own. Relax on the beach, explore shopping or golf, read that trashy novel you’ve been saving!
Return to Fishtales II for a boat ride with the Waddy’s down to the Calabash River and enjoy a “Dutch treat” dinner at The Oyster Rock on the Calabash.
Day 3 – After a hearty breakfast provided by the Waddy’s, head back to Peachtree, where we will load horses and head out for a ride along the Intra Coastal Waterway and onto the beach! (Beach use fee not included.)
Lunch and dinner on your own.
Day 4 – After a final complimentary breakfast at Fishtales II, pack up and gather horses for the trailer ride home.
